Required Hours to Pass: 164 Hours (33 Days Total including Make up Classes)
- ✅ 60 theory hours schedule: (synchronous online using Zoom or Google Meet video interaction)
- ✅ 100 clinical skill hours which are in-person interaction at different skilled nursing facilities

Qualifications
- ✅ At least 16 years old
- ✅ Resides or will reside in California
- ✅ Has Tax ID Number or Social Security Number
- ✅ Has either California ID, or Driver's license, or Green Card, or your country's passport
- ✅ The program, clinical sites and CDPH require the following documentations: BLS certification, Covid 19 immunizations, Physical exams, and Negative TB Test result or Chest Xray. Furthermore DOJ Background check, CDPH Form 238B, and Credentia written and skills test fees - $120 total for both.
Coursework and Module Practice Tests
- ✅ There may have coursework and research tasks to accomplish and maybe required by the instructors to submit on a per module basis. Submission deadlines shall be emphasized and scheduled by the Instructor or Registrar, if any.
- ✅ Practice Tests maybe administered by the Instructors to help students familiarize with the written exam to be administered by the State representatives. Practice Tests are accomplished outside the 60 theory hours.

Training Program Length: 33 days (spread to 8 Weeks)
Location of the Program
- ✅ The theory portion is online synchronous and students can be in their own homes, coffee shop, library or ANYWHERE. (Students may also show up in person however needed to be logged in online as the discussion is focused to those online).
- ✅ For in person classes: Should students prefer in person classes 100%. They are welcome to be in the "waiting list" awaiting for the CDPH Approval- and that which shall be a separate program.
- ✅ The clinical sites are Canyon Springs Post Acute Care, White Blossoms Care Center Additional facilities shall be included soon.
- ✅ The 60 hours of theory hours will be from Monday through Friday at 5pm to 9pm, that is 4 hours daily for 5 days for 3 weeks.
- ✅ The 100 hours of clinical skills portion shall be Saturday and Sunday after all the theory sessions. Clinical skills will be 8 hours a day from 8am to 4:30 pm for 5 weekends and flexi-Weekdays
